Step 4: Instant Digital Delivery
The recipient receives their E-Gift Card and redemption code instantly.

Step 5: Shop & Redeem
The recipient can use their E-Gift Card to purchase any eligible Auraani jewellery, subject to terms and conditions.

Since this is a digital E-Gift Card, no physical shipping is involved.

Once your payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed, the E-Gift Card will be delivered digitally to the recipient's registered email address and WhatsApp number within 2 hours.

Please ensure that the recipient's email address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout. Auraani will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient information.

If you do not receive your E-Gift Card within the stated delivery period, please contact Auraani Customer Support with your order details.

Redemption

The E-Gift Card can be redeemed against eligible purchases from Auraani Jewellery:

Enter or present the E-Gift Card code at checkout.

The E-Gift Card can be used only against eligible Auraani products.

If the purchase value exceeds the E-Gift Card value, pay the balance through available payment methods.

If the purchase value is lower than the E-Gift Card value, the remaining balance will be governed by Auraani's gift card policy.

The E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for monetary value.

The E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Redemption is available online and in-store.

Validity

The Auraani E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Once the validity period expires, the E-Gift Card will become invalid and cannot be renewed or exchanged for cash.

Cancellation & Refunds

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued, except where required by applicable law. Once delivered to the recipient, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

If an order has not yet been processed or the E-Gift Card has not been issued, please contact Auraani Customer Support as soon as possible.

Lost or Misused E-Gift Cards

The E-Gift Card should be treated like cash. Auraani is not responsible for loss, theft, unauthorised use or disclosure of the E-Gift Card code after delivery.

Please do not share the E-Gift Card code with anyone other than the intended recipient.

E-Gift Cards are issued only after successful payment confirmation.

E-Gift Cards are subject to the validity, redemption and usage terms specified by Auraani.
